The site is situated approximately 800 metres from a range of local bus routes provided on Upper Brighton Road, Ewell Road and Victoria Road providing easy access to numerous locations including Kingston, Twickenham and Ealing Broadway.

Planning
The site is located within the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. The existing buildings are not Listed however are located within the Oakhill Conservation Area and No.3 Oakhill is identified locally as a building of Townscape Merit.
Planning consent (15/16883/FUL) was granted in February 2017 for;
‘Demolition of the former health centre: change of use and extension to No.3 Oakhill and erection of 2 no. four storey residential blocks including accommodation in roof space (41 no residential flats in total comprising 16 x one bedroom, 17 x two bedroom and 8 x three bedroom units)’
The planning consent does not include any on-site affordable housing, however the Section 106 Agreement contains a commuted payment of £200,000 towards an off-site provision. The development involves the restoration and conversion of No.3 Oakhill (Newlands House) and erection of three new residential blocks.
The development will be subject to both Mayoral Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Royal Borough of Kingston-Upon-Thames CIL, which we understand the Council have calculated to be £120,064 and £445,900 respectively
